Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the supply of cleaning services by Precise Cleaning Limited ("we", "us") to you ("the Client").

1. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the information you provide. If the condition or scope differs materially on arrival, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed in writing (email or SMS). A booking is a contract between you and us on these terms.

3. Payment

Domestic clients pay on completion by bank transfer, card or cash. Commercial clients are invoiced monthly with 14-day terms unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge equal to 50% of the booked visit.

5. Access

You agree to provide safe access and a reasonable supply of running water and electricity. Keys held by us are coded and never labelled with your address.

6. Our standards

We use trained, vetted staff and professional products. If you are not satisfied with any part of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra cost.

7. Liability & insurance

We carry £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability insurance. We are liable for damage proven to be caused by our negligence, up to the limits of our insurance. Antiques, artwork and items of sentimental value should be pointed out in advance.

8. End of tenancy guarantee

If your landlord or letting agent identifies cleaning issues within 72 hours, we will return and re-clean the flagged areas at no extra charge.

9. Non-solicitation

You agree not to employ directly any member of our staff introduced through us for a period of 12 months after their last visit, except by written agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
