- How do you handle staff sickness or no-shows?
- What does your quality auditing process look like? (Photo sign-off? KPI reports?)
Practical fit
- Do you handle consumables (toilet roll, hand soap, bin liners) within the contract?
- Are your products eco-certified — important for Nottingham businesses with ESG reporting?
- What's your notice period, and are there break clauses?
Red flags
